Our surveyors are on-hand for any questions following the report results being handed over to you.

When Should a Snagging Survey Take Place?

We recommend a snagging survey takes place before completion, so that all defects can be rectified prior to you moving in. If this is not possible, then it can be carried out within 2 years of the warranty date.
