All of our staff are professionally trained and registered members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This gives us the skills to deliver accurate and impartial advice when selecting the correct survey for your property.
We offer two surveys: a RICS Homebuyer Report or a Building Survey. Which survey you require will depend upon the level of detail you require. No matter which survey you choose, any findings are plainly discussed with you to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding and you have the necessary information to enter into negotiations confidently.
