Building Surveys / Homebuyer Reports
Southdown Surveyors offer two surveys: an RICS Homebuyer Report and a Building Survey. Dependent upon the level of detail you require about the potential property, this will inform the decision as to which survey to choose. Any findings identified are clearly discussed with you to ensure you have a clear understanding and are equipped with the necessary information to enter into negotiations.
