What is a RICS Level 3 Home Survey?

RICS Level 3 home surveys contain an in-depth inspection and report on a wide range of elements relating to your property. The report will provide a complete explanation of any visible defects or problems that are due to hidden issues within the property. The report will also have guidance for your legal advisors and additional information relating to major issues within the report. On top of this, it will include an overview of repair options and what will happen if no action is taken to remedy the problems, so that you can make a balanced decision on the right steps forward.
