Experienced Property Managers
Lynne Maguire-Wheatley is our highly-experienced Property Manager and is supported by our Chartered and qualified Building Surveyors, as well as our team of qualified property managers at Southdown Estates. Joining us back in 2017, Lynne developed the property management department at Southdown Surveyors and due to the increasing demand of our management services, Southdown Estates was born. Lynne has extensive knowledge of the sector and is qualified to MIRPM and AssocRICS level.
Being members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) adds a distinct advantage to any block or estate we manage. We come equipped with the ability to impart our professional building knowledge to clients, which not all other managing agents can provide directly within their company.
