Southdown Surveyors work alongside their sister company, Southdown Estates. Following the success of Southdown Surveyors 'Block and Estate Management department', Southdown Estates was developed to focus solely on property management in 2019.
We work together, from the same premises, delivering bespoke property management services for blocks and estates across Hastings and the surrounding areas in East Sussex.

Run by Director, Lynne Maguire Wheatley, together with a team of highly experienced property managers, Southdown Estates works with directors, residents and freeholders across Hastings. Lynne joined the Southdown Surveyors family back in 2017 to develop and manage the ‘Block and Estate Management department’ and is a successful property manager with many years of experience.
During an initial consultation the team will learn about the property or estate in order to gain a better understanding of your needs and the needs of your building. A tailored quote will then be produced which is based solely on the service your property requires.
