Following the success of the 'Block and Estate Management department' at Southdown Surveyors, Southdown Estates was created in 2019 to focus exclusively on property management. Together, both companies work side by side, from the same premises, delivering a bespoke property management service that provides everything a client may need under one roof.
Who are Southdown Estates?
Southdown Estates is run by Director, Lynne Maguire Wheatley, alongside a team of highly experienced property managers. Lynne joined the Southdown Surveyors family back in 2017 as an experienced property manager to develop and manage the ‘Block and Estate Management department’. Following its growth, Southdown Estates was born and the company now works directly with residents, directors and freeholders across Bexhill, Hastings and East Sussex.
