Our details are in-depth and offer floorplans, room measurements and any applicable leasehold information. Providing as much information as possible at the start will decrease the chance of there being any hidden surprises throughout the conveyancing process.

It is a common mis-conception that once a sale is agreed estate agents ‘sit back and relax’ when in fact the other half of the job starts.
